YW Partners

YWCA Partners is a guild that supports the agency in its mission by broadening awareness, fundraising, and participating in programs that support women, children and families.

You will be supporting:

  • 24-hour domestic violence/sexual assault hotline
  • Domestic violence and sexual assault advocacy - safety planning, emergency needs, Protection Orders.
  • Counseling for sexual or domestic abuse survivors of all ages, including children and teens, and children who have witnessed domestic violence.
  • Domestic violence and sexual assault prevention programs for all ages.
  • Non-violence counseling for abusive adults and teens.
  • Career services for women, including career counseling, classes, professional clothing closet and a computer lab.

YW Partners volunteer with the following:

  • Tribute To Women luncheon in June
  • "Bag Ladies" client care packages
  • "Paint the Town Orange" activities in November
  • Career Clothing Closet
  • Cell phone collection
  • YWCA Hotline Volunteer
  • Administrative assistance
  • Holiday Adopt-A-Family
  • Staff and volunteer recognition
  • Annual Fund Drive
  • October Domestic Violence Awareness Month
  • April Sexual Assault Awareness Month
  • February Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month
